RFPs are for events you run for your own organisation or for clients you serve directly. Hotel contacts are shown for the hotels you invite and may not be exported or resold. Read the fair use policy

HAPR credits give you the flexibility to access additional features and services whenever you need them, without unnecessary subscriptions or hidden charges.

1 HAPR credit = $0.10 on the Free Plan, $0.09 on GAMEPLAN Starter, $0.08 on GAMEPLAN Pro

Your included plan credits and any additional credits you purchase are combined into one company-wide balance. Use them wherever they're needed, with the cost of every action clearly displayed before you commit.

  • Your credits, your choice. Use credits across HAPR's eligible tools and services, with included plan credits used first.
  • Stay in control. Receive alerts at 80% and 100% usage. If your balance runs out, credit-based actions pause until you top up. Your data remains safe.
  • Never miss a registration. Attendees can still register when credits run out. New registrations are held until you top up.
  • Credits that stay with you. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months, even if you cancel your subscription.
  • Only pay for successful actions. If an action fails completely, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Unused events and credits? They're still yours.

With monthly billing, unused event allowances and included HAPR credits remain available until your plan anniversary while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and return in the same plan year, the months you paid for still count towards your year, but unused included credits are not reinstated.

Need more events, sooner?

Don't let your billing schedule hold up your plans. Switch to annual billing to unlock your remaining yearly event allowance and HAPR credits immediately, with payments already made credited towards your upgrade. Need more events than your plan includes? Simply use HAPR credits to cover the additional events.

What happens if you cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of your paid billing period, then automatically moves to our Free Plan. Any HAPR credits you've purchased remain valid for their original 12-month period. Events within the Free Plan's limits continue uninterrupted, while larger events can remain active by covering the difference with HAPR credits.

Your work is always safe. We'll notify you when you've used 80% and 100% of your available credits, helping you stay in control.

If your balance reaches zero, credit-based actions simply pause until you top up or your next monthly allocation arrives. Nothing is deleted, and new attendee sign-ups are held rather than lost.
